For My Family/Living Room

I’ve been going through a lot of transformations the past year or so, mainly just trying to figure out who I really am.  I love looking at pretty things, the problem with that though is I can never settle on one style.  Of course, if you’re patient enough, time will reveal what works for you and what doesn’t.  Luckily, things are getting clearer and clearer to me recently and I’ve never felt so connected.  I love minimal things, but also something dramatic; down to earth, but also luxurious.  So much conflicts, but when I found the middle point everything just makes sense.

i follow you on pinterest and i definitely notice you have a certain style! i love it!. i’m actually using it as a mood board for the design of my LR.

  2. transformations are indeed beautiful! they do take time and sometimes, a lot of time! I feel ya though. Did my own growing and learning and it took about 5 years to really try everything and finally land at a point that really defined me and my style and who I am. Now, I feel so comfortable, like, “I’ve arrived!” And totes similar tastes; I’m very much the same with what I like and it is a HARD balance to get it right! But when ya do… then you really do :). Loved reading this and relating; thanks for sharing!
