Playing with Taste

It’s fun to add new taste to an ordinary ice cream and excite the tastebuds once in awhile.  Cookie Dough ice cream + freshly brewed Earl Grey tea (steep tea bag, I used Tazo Earl Grey, in 5 tablespoon of hot water for at least 5 minutes – I like mine dark) + Ginger syrup from Morris Kitchen (I mixed about 1-2 teaspoon into the tea) + sprinkled with black salt (bought mine from Broome St General).
