Continue from Day 1, we started our second morning with Swedish yumminess at Broder (possibly one of my all-time favorite brunch spots in the U.S.). We arrived little after the door was opened, but the place was packed already (as always) and we were told to wait next door. Bri and I had some coffee (Joy left for her summer class), chatted about life and work while Miss V happily making new friends with other patrons. After a short wait, we were seated and ready to order whole table of food – Baked Eggs with Potato Pancake, Danish Pancakes and a cup of buttery potato goodness which I forgot what its called! With three full bellies, we walked it off by visiting nearby vintage stores before heading back to Ace Hotel for the summer classes. We spent most of afternoon at Ace; Bri, Joke and Sally were teaching and I was photographing. A special shout out to Miss V for being so patient and waited for all of us quietly while we worked. Dinner time, we went to Screen Door for comforting Southern food – Fried Chicken, Chicken Livers, Mac-n-Cheese and Fries. I even ordered my favorite banoffee to go and enjoyed it at the hotel room while Bri was teaching us some killer photoshop tips and tricks. The night was perfect!
